Return Policy

May I return an item?

We are very sorry if you did not find everything satisfactory with your order. You can address issues with accessing your products, or concerns about your order by using the "Request Return" button on the Order Status page. Once your request has been submitted, it will be reviewed. After review, you will receive an email indicating the status of your request. For issues with bundled and digital products, we will work with you to repair or replace the defective products. If we are unable to repair or replace the product, we will issue a refund.

GED+ product users please note: The GED+ fee is non-refundable after you access the product, you take the first assigned step of the GED+ program or 30 days from the date of purchase.
